My spouse and I have been banking with Navy Federal for over 10 years now. It is by far the best bank we have ever used. The service is great and so are the added benefits you get as a member. You will not be disappointed.

They do not have enough staff to take care of customers. I had to wait 35 minutes to see someone. It would have been easier to fax documents to the 800 number than to wait. Staff is friendly.

I absolutely love banking with Navy Federal. They have a outstanding staff. Overall, banking and doing business is the best decision I have ever made. Definitely, recommend it others. You will not regret it.

I absolutely love navy Federal and am so glad that I switched. I have not had a problem yet! However, this location does seem to need more staff because no matter when I go there is a wait. Besides that it's great.
