Financial Credit Solutions Agency in Allen, TX

I signed up in January with Ms T.Finley and was promised great results in 90 days as long as I did not apply for anything and paid the current accounts up to date. It now has been over 90 days, two of my scores have decreased and one has no change. I have never received ANY letters from creditors about ANY disputes. Which worried me in the second month as all credit agencies will tell you to forward any and all letters from creditors. I never received anything. I did notify my rep and she stated they will resend something as the first attempt to creditors failed, she apologized and said no worries as if after 90 days I am not satisfied FCSA would reimburse the invested $500. I was then told to open a jewelry account March 2, days later we find out the jewelry company no longer has the contract needed to finance. I have made several attempts to the rep via text, phn and email, three weeks later still no reply. I would not recommend this company to any one. Customer service was great at the beginning to gain my account but over all a dissatisfaction. Will be going with an accredited business as this was time, effort and money wasted.
