Do not sign up for any of the services this company offers!!!!!!!!!!! They will slam you with hidden fees that are nonrefundable and hidden in their terms of service where you will never find them. I agree with Thomas, this company deserves to be hit with class action suit.

Very rude employees. Refusing to provide my annual report as provided by law due to some ridiculous error in their system. Worst customer service I have had in a very long time.

I sent them information to dispute a fraud on my credit report. They sent me back a form saying I needed to send them all the information I had just sent them and to clarify something that I explained very thoroughly in a letter attached to my all that information. They have no number that connects to real people to straighten this matter out. It's ridiculous that they hold this type of power over people but are a horribly managed company.

Experian Credit Office in Allen, Tx. are so deceitful and screw so many people just to make bucks like selling unverified information to third party credit low life's and so banks can offer the highest interest rates to the consumer, meaning we The People. Something needs to get done about this because they are breaking the laws. This also means the other two reporting agencies are doing the same. It's an ever lasting NIGHTMARE ! IT'S SO MUCH FRUSTRATION AND TIME CONSUMING TO FIX WHAT THEY DID. We all need to follow up and get these companies to follow the law instead of ruining people's lives and credit. Deborah Walker
