Ms. Kumar made it a pain to close my account. She started by blowing up my phone to close an accnt that had a positive balance, but hadn't been used. I mean calling back to back to back. I have screenshots. Then I provided an email so I could do the documents that way. Couple days went by then she started saying they need all thsee forms of ID. Ect. Um.... you contacted me. To got the email address from me. Signature ect. Eventually had to come in out of my daily schedule to close an account that was in good standing to begin with
