They were horrible 20 years ago but they have managed to improve - now they are even worse (I am working on the assumption their goal is to provide the worst service possible while still remaining in business)

By far the worst bank I've ever banked with, awful customer service. I'm not the type of person to write reviews but going to bank is the worst part of my day. if i had the power to change the business account i would... go to chase if you want friendly service. maybe its just the branch.. they got me shaking my head every time i go...

Horrible. I deposit checks for my workers every week and EVERY single time take me 8-15 min even if I 1st car in line.
