Wow. Terrible customer service. I went to look into opening a second account with them and the person that helped was just rude. Her sales tactic was to down talk my other bank, not listen what my needs were, and just seem like she was just interesting into getting to the end. It's frustrating that Wells Fargo has such inconsistent customer service at each branch, so I'm never sure what I'll get when I have an issue. I won't ever recommend Wells Fargo again.

Appears this location is attempting to do some Damage Control from a bad review. Banks today have become nothing but a Customer Service Center..so if the person at the counter or in the drive thru window is bad the entire bank (everywhere) are now considered bad. However, I have never received bad service at this bank. Offering me a bottle water while I wait the ten seconds it takes to make my deposit is a nice touch. Not sure how their other services are but making a deposit is a great experience.

Sadaf Azeem was very friendly and professional , she received us with a smile and lisened to our concern and issue. She was polite and explained and resolved our issue. She explained why we had the issue and took action. She apologized for the bad service we had at another branch. Her manager Nadia Kassem apologized regarding the same bad service we had at another wellsfargo. Which the Banker at the other sight was rude, his attitude was horrible felt not welcoming including staff. Anyways very happy with service!!
