Capital One Bank in Addison, TX

Anytime I'm feeling down I go deposit money and the employees put a smile on my face never have I had a single problem with them they even set me up with savings account which I use to this day awesome job guys

Never going back to this location ever. I have issues with the company. Never thought the branch would give me horrible service. Went through drive thru to pay my credit card bill. Wasn't greeted sent my things over finally someone answered asked if i had my credit card number. I didnt bc for the past year "they sent one" never received it. She said it would take just a moment. I was the only car there. I am sitting patiently (i understand things can get complicated inside sometimes) after about 8 minutes i wasnt checked on i called in and teller asked if i needed something. Asked why the long wait its just a payment. She said she is having problems looking me up. I then asked if i can provide ss number to help. She said no. And will get back. I call in again said they were finishing up. I was mad i waited 12 minutes for a payment only car in the drive thru and was never updated on what was going on with my payment!!! I just deal with online banking never the branch again.

Oh my gosh! This is by FAAAAAR the BEST branch in the North American REGION! Shoot, perhaps the whole world! The staff is SUPER friendly and one of the bankers is SUPER cute. I love going in whenever the branch near my job is having ATM issues. They're just all in all really appreciative of everyone that walks in through their doors and love to show it. I rate 6/5 (:
