Regions Bank in Murfreesboro, TN

Not willing to help you or work with you charge you for unknown stuff and the was dealing directly with the bank manager

Great service, could be open a little earlier and longer

I generally like Regions as a bank until I tried to close my account when I moved. This branch in particular messed up in closing out my account, and now, 3 months later, my account is still not closed. I have gone to them several times and have only been told that it was my fault that they neglected to close the account when they said they would. This branch is also hard to get in and out of and are less friendly than other Regions I had been to when a customer. They also don't answer their phones, and so are inaccessible both in person and not. The only reason this branch is getting as high a rating as it is, is because of the good customer service I had received at branches in Birmingham, AL.
