The worst bank ever, went there couple times to cash my payroll check & both times with different teller, I seen a bunch of people while I was in line waiting, cash their checks no problem but when I got to the window they got on the computer double checking signatures & amounts then calling my employer checking this & that, you'd think they remember me from previous weeks I mean I'll be standing there for at least 15 to 20 minutes just to cash my check its ridiculous

I had a horrible experience with this bank. I would not recommend it to anyone. I had money go poof with them and it was a horrible experience. This could very well be the worst bank in the world. I recommend finding another bank

This bank gets it. Not a huge national bank out to pick your pocket or make you another number. Responsive and willing to give personalized service to individuals. Staff is friendly and always remembers my name.

The best bank. Personalized service, always willing to help when I lose my ATM card (which is kind of often) or need special assistance. The tellers know my face and my name. It's like my small town bank in a big city. So many perks of banking with Bancorp.
