Bad customer service, worse management. Fantastic rules for the bank, anything to collect an nsf fee. You may be charged an nsf fee for spending less than you have in your account.

Exorbitant fee to cash a check written to me by a customer of this bank, when i declined to open a banking account to avoid the fee I was required to give my social security number and phone number to be registered on their zeal platform.

I have always had great customer service here. But TCF as a whole is behind the times. Who doesn't offer mobile banking? TCF. Drives me crazy. Huge bank. Small steps.
