I am rating one star based on the terrible convo I had with someone named Patricia or something like that. She had the nastiest most condescending attitude. I cant remember the last time someone spoke to me like that. I should have cursed her out but I was trying to remain somewhat professional even though she wasn't. She had a very bad attitude the entire call and would not connect me to the rep working my account. I ended up hanging up on her ass. I am going to find out how to report her because she shouldn't be allowed to speak to people how she did today 3/30.

My fiancé had a collection go to Williams and fudge and a mix up with payment to her college. I was very worried because of hearing horror stories about collection agencies. Well this experience was as good as it possibly could be. Beth was very very helpful in getting everything taken care of and she was very friendly. She helped the whole situation stay calm and not stressful what so ever. Thanks Beth!!!

I had the same experience as the lady below me in the comments, Julie as well helped me out and I as well had a very bad experience with the actual school. But Julie was THE BEST she helped me to settle everything and not ever have to deal with them again! Thank you so much julie, you rock and if anyone ever wants to deal with this company julie will treat you like her family :) SHE IS THE BEST!!!!!

I had an excellent experience with this collection agency. Specifically with my representative Julie. I never write reviews but I thought I'd share my story to offer a different perspective to those going through the difficulty of being in collections. My brother owed a fair amount to his university - specifically to get his transcript which is necessary to take classes again (there or otherwise). I explained to Julie that my family didn't have a whole lot but wanted to work something out. A couple things stood out - 1) she was incredibly kind and understanding. There was empathy for our situation. 2) She followed up consistently but not in a "make a payment!" type way, but in a "I know your goal is to get this completed, and its better for your account if people know that we've been in touch and know your plan". This type of empathy generated so much trust between us. I truly believed that she and her team were trying to help us get through this situation. Long story short, I asked if we could close the account with a lump payment that wasn't the entire amount that the collection was initially for. Julie set my expectations - the university would normally not accept, but that she would try. And therein for me was the lesson - that on the other end of the phone are people who are capable of empathy and understanding your situation. She pitched the university and they accepted. Then came the interesting part - we asked friends and family to pitch in to make the payment (we had to do it within 30 days of the offer acceptance). Julie kindly and patiently worked with ALL 5 of my family members to post the payment. We were finally able to settle the account. I know what it's like to be in debt and have a collection agency call you. All I can say is try and work with the person on the other end of the phone. Be honest with your situation. And try to create a win-win scenario. I'll never forget the kindness shown by Julie and by extension her company. I'm hoping that others will find our experience helpful for a situation that I know can be stressful and sometimes disheartening. In any case, ask for Julie!
