I have been a member for 15 years and I wouldn't go anywhere else! They are always so helpful and courteous when I need anything! I would recommend them to anyone who wants a bank to see you for a real person and not just a number.

My visits are few and far between but when I actually have to visit the branch I am always satisfied with the service and the suggestions made by the staff. My deposits are mostly automatic and via the phone app and I have not had any issues for years. Suggestions made by the counter staff have resulted in saving me money and pointing me into a better direction with savings. I will always use them for my finacial services. The free training classes on getting ready for retirment are great and not full of pressure to buy a specific "product" or service but are informative and helpful.

Since moving to Rock Hill almost 3 years ago Family Trust has been great anytime we needed assistance. Our debit card has been hacked 3 times in the last 2 years and they have been right on top of the problem immediately. The online services are very convenient and secure. I am also treasurer for a local service club who banks at Family Trust. I go in once a month with a large deposit and the tellers are always very helpful and accurate. Family Trust gives you small town service and very friendly.

I HAVE HAD ACCOUNTS WITH FAMILY TRUST ALMOST SINCE THE BEGINNING. I HAVE BORROWED MONEY FOR COLLEGE AND AUTOS. NOW, I PUT EVERY SPARE DOLLAR IN THE PAY BACK SAVINGS ACCOUNT. EVERYONE I HAVE EVER HAD CONTACT WITH HAS BEEN COURTEOUS, FRIENDLY AND KNOWLEDGEABLE. THIS CREDIT UNION BEATS ALL THE BANKS. I RECCOMEND FAMILY TRUST TO ALL WHO ASK WHERE SHOULD THEY PUT THEIR MONEY. I have been with Family Trust since the mid 80's. When my wife and I joined we bought some property in the country and they approved the loan in less than a week. they also refinanced our house for us to lower the finance charge from another institution. Saved us a lot of money over the years. We appreciate the friendly reception from all the staff. Would I recommend my friends to Family Trust? Absolutely
