Carolina Title Loans, Inc. in Rock Hill, SC

I went and got a title loan in November and been trying to pay it off since last week. I have been getting the run around for a week now so they can keep charging me each day for the interest. Then they call me asking me if i want to borrow more money against the car. I keep telling them i am trying to pay the loan off. I had 3 different people call me and ask me the same question. I spoke to a lady yesterday which she said she would go through the titles and see if mine was back yet and call me back just in a few minutes over 24 hours later i have to call the women back and she gave some damn excuse of why she hasn't called. Then after a week of getting the run around she decides to tell me today i can come pay the loan off and they can give me a lien release and a $15 check to take to DMV to get my title back. Why in the hell didn't they tell me this a week ago. I brought the cash down there to pay it off...So for them jerking me around for a week it is going to cost me additional $50 to get my title back...This is ridiculous and very unprofessional
