On multiple occasions over the past few months I have gone into this TD bank location to speak with the manager regarding a discrepancy with my account. The manager on more than 5 visits was not there! Either running late, left early, or was not working that day! Then when I finally see him in his office and ask to speak with him directly, when the teller calls him he says he's unavailable and to see the assistant manager instead. Hello!! I can see you sitting there on your cell phone young man! You're laughing with a co worker in your office, it's obvious you aren't working! But the final straw was coming to this location on 2/14 this past Saturday. The bank is supposed to be open by 8:30. I waited for over half an hour for the doors to finally open at 9:00! I watched the manager pull up at 8:45.. I thought TD bank cared about their customers.. If they did they would have someone more respectable managing their locations.

Trying to make a withdraw from my savings account without my ID I verified six different aspects of my account my social security number address date of birth and a another bank teller even recognize me but they refused to let me withdraw money due to my signature not matching. Mobile app is absolutely useless. And the adumated phone service is a joke. Definitely the worlds most INCONVENIENT bank.
