TD BANK Was great and convenient until now. I had made an error one day and my account was going into the negative BUT before it even processed in went to the bank and deposited cash to cover it. They charged me $35 because my account was ptentionally going into the negative and that NSF fees for something that was caught before it processed caused me to go into the negative by $5 and BAM they hit me with another $35 fee for their charges causing me to go into the negative??? How can you charge for something that hasn't happened yet??? NOT TO MENTION NOW WE ARE BEING CHARGED THE FEES ASSOCIATED WITH NON TD BANK ATM'S when TD atm's are NOT CONVENIENT....

I hate this branch and i hate TD bank with a passion!!! Shut down my account because of how rude and disrespectful these people are. Never met and spoke to a more stupid group of people in any bank in my life. Not only did they belittle my wife about her traumatic past they also called us liers. They smiled when i spoke of closing my wife's account due to safety reasons. They should be ashamed to call themselves human beings. I would recommend this branch or this bank to my dogs. Adolf Hitler would show more compassion then these employees. Southern hospitality my butt. You will be hearing from my attorney shortly. I have already spoken to him about the situation.
