Wells Fargo Bank in Fort Mill, SC

Nice employees, clean, can take awhile. But that just depends on who's in front of you. Not the best looking Wells Fargo I've been in. Could use an "overhaul", and remember that it's 2015. I'm sure the staff would appreciate an update on computers also. Some of those things were ancient. But very clean, very nice, very helpful, very knowledgable (unless they are new, and that's ok. We all need to start somewhere! Right?), polite... Dangy, 80's decor, dull, old computer equipment, uncomfortable chairs, VERY crowded where the bankers help people. Sitting down was like sliding into a telephone already being occupied. Keep the staff. They rock!!! But change EVERYTHING ELSE. The wall came down 25 years ago.

Horrible place to do business with and the manager Tiffany mcowan was about as unprofessional as it gets in The drive thru. Such a horrible experience that I had to report her to Wells Fargo headquarters. I won't ever go back to a Wells Fargo bank.

Avoid this location, it's been nothing but a headache dealing with them. The customer service is atrocious, spoke with the service manager because the branch manager wasn't in. Most useless person, just wanted to keep repeating herself instead of actually addressing the complaint and issue. Wells Fargo's customer service as a whole as declined significantly over the years. Will be looking into banking somewhere else!
