Well in my past professional occupation you got 1 point for just being there! Ok I'm also type person that will give praise when due. I was in the store on 1/23/2017 around 3:20 pm. I get a couple checks from a company that the state of S.C. has over retirement accounts, which is in Portland, O.R. This really skinny black lady and have had the same problem every time I deal with her trying to cash a printed $180.74 check. Today I simply asked her why do you seem to be the only one that has a problem cashing this check I bring this one and one other check every month. She proceeded to let me know she was on the phone trying to verify the check. Well I have never the other black lady can do all of it in less than 5 min I had only been standing there 30+min. Just a lil fyi that I have never waited longer than 10minutes to speak with anyone that's been since 2005. I was under the impression that is why y'all charged the high fees on checks cause you take risk cashing a 2 party or 3 party checks. Well I was aggregated took the check went to bi-lo in the shopping center back behind Dodge store. It's amazingly fast how quick they were able to cash it and only $3.00 fee to cash it n out to run a couple errands.(less than 4minutes ). Oh and the lady at dodge store with my I'D going to the back of store and all. She had already put the check up in a file holder. And please no one hate whether it's racial or personal. #ATTNSTOREMANAGER #MYTIMEISVALUABLEALSO!!!
