BB&T Bank in Easley, SC

OK bank

Don't appreciate BBT's 'sneaky' fees. Unknown, not explained fees, big ones $69, just show up. BBT does not explain why the fee is there on the statement. If you call BBT phone number, there is never a person there, they don't give options to check on random fees, they don't have phone numbers posted online for local branches. You have to drive to a branch, and they have to spend a lot of time on computer just to figure out their fees. Some fees, they can't explain, they just show up on your account and they expect you to pay it. BBT is unethical, sneaky, and they really don't care about your business. I closed two of five business accounts today, closed a worthless home equity line they set up for me. Moving my business to a more professional bank.

I didn't like anything about this bb&t bank. I feel that if you're black don't come here because you won't get treated the same as the other customers. They weren't heavily questioned as I was. Don't question why I'm here to cash my check. Um news flash I wouldn't have came here if I had a closer bank to go to. JANET (not sure if that's the way to spell it, I was so angry I didn't care) you didn't make my day brighter like my bank does. I eventually gave up,took my checks and went to my bank. This is why I don't bank with bb&t. They should be trying to get people to feel welcome and want to bank there. Nope not this one. Branch Banking & Trust, more like Bad business and tacky.

best banking experience I have ever had. Great people at the Easley, SC location.
