Founders Federal Credit Union in Duncan, SC

Love this place

I love founders as my bank but this is my third time at the branch in Duncan that I've sat for over 45 minutes to talk to someone about services. It's ridiculous, they need to get more employees to lessen wait times because I've never experienced wait times at a bank like I have here.

I'm a student at SCC who recently moved from out of state. One of the first things I did was look for a local bank/credit union. The one I decided on had to have multiple branches, a decent mobile app, and some kind of incentive like "free checking". I did my research. After settling on Founders, I'm so glad I didn't go anywhere else. The associates are great, their facility is clean, they're impressively updated with their use of technology, and they have nice little bonus things like a machine to count your piggy bank change and it doesn't cost a dime! On top of that the lady who setup our account stayed 45 minutes past closing time to get the job done and did it with a smile. Just a phenomenal first experience at an exceptional establishment. I plan to do business here for a long time.

Customer service is amazing. I love doing business with Founders they have employees that are very knowledgeable about everything from loans, credit cards n etc. I would highly recommend this bank and especially this branch.
