Terrible service. Rude manager. Moms car got hit and run in their parking lot. Cheap bbt didnt have a camera in the parking lot to protect themselves and their customers. They were less than helpful through the whole process of rolling over 401k. Had to do this due to a tragic death and they never once offered condolences. No human skills whatsoever with their office people. Will move banks soon to one that appreciates their customer. Their tellers are nice but that only goes so far. Phoned regional manager to voice concern and was blown off with a form response. Terrible .

They take advantage of people who come there to cash checks. They should not charge $8 or $10 fee to cash a check from their bank. Its wrong and it's crooked!
