Family Trust Federal Credit Union in Clover, SC

Probably the most terrible and useless Bank In the USA. The Tellers and assistants do not know how to do their Job and are ignorant to working as a teller. I do not trust this bank with my funds and do not recommend coming to Family Trust. When my Debit card came in the mail, I was not given a PIN number and after going to the bank and asking the teller about it, I was told they didn't have access to this information. Fed up, I called the assistance number on the back of my card and was told by an automated service they could not take my call because of the "high volume of callers" then put on hold for about 30 minutes after this, I was told yet again, They did not have access to my card information. To add onto the nonsense, With the Family Trust Website i've changed my username and password 16 times. each time I would change it it would tell me I had invalid credentials. to this day i still cannot sign in to my Family Trust online banking account. Family Trust is an extremely unorganized banking Facility with very little knowledge of financial services. Please please please save yourself the headache!

Always helpful, pleasant and welcoming. We have had several instances when our "bank" has been unwilling to assist us with purchases but Family Trust always comes through. I highly recommend them without hesitation for all your banking needs. Friendly hometown service!!

Family Trust Federal Credit is a great place to do banking. I have always been impressed with how quickly I am helped. I feel they are looking out for my best interest too. The tellers are very friendly whether I visit or need to call about an issue.

I left Bank of America because they were so big you became a number basically. The personal touch went away. Ever since I have been with Family Trust I have not had a single problem. It is the friendliest bank I have been with in a long time. Everyone I spoke with in person or on the phone were so friendly, nice and professional. Thank you Family Trust.
