These people EFFing suck. Criminals. Besides they called me BEFORE 9 in my time zone, which I believe to be illegal under federal dialing laws. I plan on filing a claim. They're lucky they didn't get bricks through their windows. FYI, I know someone is gonna see this being as negative as it is, go ahead, get it removed like before COWARDS.

Carla Cooper is the most unprofessional and most inconsiderate person to ever work in this capacity. With comments "are you going to pay this or not?" "I have other things I could be doing" when responding to her attitude her reply was "I don't work in customer service" and "I don't know what to tell ya". Attempting to settle on the account "we never settle". she stated they never do more than half of the interest accrued then two seconds later when I disagreed to the number she immediately offered all of the interest off. She claims she is the manager and the only one working. Wouldn't you know it that whatever hour you call she's the only one working? Is it unreasonable to want to have a conversation and try to work out a compromised amount to settle on an account. Or is it unreasonable to want to talk to someone who doesn't sound like they've had a personal vendetta for you their entire life? I think not. Attempting to call and speak with a manager only ever leads to she is the manager and she's the only one in the office. Maybe she's such a horrible person because she's running a one man show. Or maybe she just needs a reality check...such as losing her job. Her continued disrespect starts the minute she picks up the phone. Carla Cooper hates her job and it shows. Let's do her a favor and fire her.

They refuse to send me proof im making payments and havent been reporting it to the credit buero. So now my son n I will most likely be homeless in February.

I have had a difficult time paying the debt I owe. Despite that the lady who runs this agency has always been professional and nice to me. She emails my payment receipt same day I make a payment.

After reading the other reviews I was reluctant to call and set up payment. I left a message and a woman called me back in about an hour. She was very helpful and kind. She allowed me to choose the amount to pay and when I will pay it each month. She immediately emailed me a receipt to present to the necessary people. Thank you for your help and for making it painless.
