I have never been overdrawn. I am a good customer. This bank however treats there customers like garbage. I sent a bill pay on August 22 for my rent which was due September 1st. It was guaranteed to be there by August 29th. It is now September 14th and my landlord still had not received my rent check. I went into the bank to have them issue me a new check. They could not or would no help me. My money was sent, never delivered and they wont issue me a new check. They gave me a piece of paper that said it was sent, not cashed but just sent. They do not care if my landlord will choose not to rent to me because of this. They will not give me another check to give to my landlord. Housing is very difficult in my area. When my landlord decides to renew my lease he is not going to remember that i have always been on time. He could choose not to rent to me because of this. And when i went into the branch to discuss this with the manager, they were unable to help me. So thank you Wellsfargo for potentially making me loose my apartment that i love so much. Its good to know you care about your customers.

Management lies constantly and easily, no communication skills. Do not expect callbacks. I was told once before I'd get a callback and after an entire business day almost passed I had to walk in to speak with someone else. I was lied to by the same blonde manager about $150 cash deposit, she said they were holding it and would callback. After driving in and two people searching and finding it and finding I had to close my account knowing they can't be trusted with me money or with being honest. Do not go to them for loans, same female did not tell me what loans she signed me up for. Surprised.
