If I could give a negative star I would! Such BS . Throw away all my paper work I trusted them to fax to another branch and then I was to be called to pick up. WELLL they threw it all away! No call or anything. JUST THREW IT AWAY! If I had a choice in the matter I would pull all my money and close ALL ACCOUNTS and go somewhere else!!

My expiriense at US Bank was wonderfull they have outstanding custamer servise and makes tou feel like your a part of a family

Stole money out of my account.

As an employee that worked their. I hated it. The manager was very biased and unfair to her staff. She had favorites and if you were not her favorite she made it known and treated you like a villain. If you were producing loans you could do now wrong. Most of the staff dislike the current manager who bullied her way into the position. I had worked for the bank for years and enjoyed it till I transferred to this location. Would really recommend HR look into why so many employees leave this location instead of just saying its high turnover.
