The Equitable Finance Company in Salem, OR

This place is great, I got the help I need and the loan officer, Jonathan C who helped me was more than helpful. It is a great place for people to rebuild credit and still have access to financing. I highly recommend people to give Equitable a chance in their finance needs as their customer service is outstanding.

Not happy with them at all I would not refer any one to them

This place is full of B.S don't ever get your car loan from them because it's like you'll be paying for months but your owed loan amount doesn't seem to go down at all it's like the damn thing goes back up more than disappear. Also DO NOT I mean DO NOT get caught up into buying their warranty cause it won't cover jack sh*t it says they do but they'll be an excuse of a reason of why it can't be covered so don't do it if you do end up getting your loan through them me and my boyfriend made a BIG mistake by purchasing that and they're still making us pay the same amount of payments even after we take the warranty off and just to get the warranty taken off some dude that works there told us we had to take this piece of paper to get notarized and sent to some dude in Wilsonville I believe which makes no sense at all. So I believe these guys are CROOKS so don't go through them you'll be so damn sorry. It might be working out for some people but for us it isn't at all!!

So my husband had an awful experience with someone in the boise office her name is grace...she was so rude to my husband and threatened him so then i call her and she does the same to me so unprofessional that she would even go as far as calling me on to a fight at the office ....wow how do we go about reporting her to the corporate office i cant seem to find a number ..

Honestly, it was a snake when I grabbed it. Meaning it is a high risk loan company, and so they conduct business that way. When I got the loan, they were very professional, and considerate. They did a great job, and now the car is paid off. The downside is that the loan comes with an uncomfortable interest rate. Do not buy a car that you can't pay off quickly. The interest rate is there because they are taking a large risk that you won't pay off the loan based on your history of not paying bills. It is understandable, but too high to carry full term, so don't do it. I do recommend this company under the conditions, of being able to pay off early, and having terrible credit. They will do a great job.
