Great people. I had an item in pawn and then moved out-of-state. I was unable to get back to the store for some time. I called and Garin worked out a solution. He was kind enough to box up my item and ship it to me. He would not accept any money for his time and effort. I was thoroughly impressed as he and his staff went above and beyond. I'd done business with the shop several times while living in Salem. I highly recommend them.

I have had multiple dealings with Nopps and they are good people who do excellent work. They serve their community by helping out with things for low or no cost when they can. The jeweler there is a real artist and knows prices and values well.
