Once you step into this branch, you will notice the obvious lack of customer service. By employees yawning and staring at you waiting on you to greet them instead of them doing so. If you were an average human you will probably greet them out of shyness. Right after so, you will here a voice saying I can help you right here! Once you reveal your issue they start staring at each other hopeing one of them will feel obligated to help you. Last time the receptionist has asked three different employees to help me but the answer was "I am busy" ask someone else!! Anyway another model of local entity, demands to earn people business instead of corporates without meeting professional business model critera. 2 Stars for the Window line service and the phone app.

Been a member since 1982. Locations in many convenient towns with a new MAPS opening in Stayton. They must be doing something right.
