Typical bank that says there will be no charge and then 2 years later there it is. Not sure who I talked to but he was very rude and would rather loose a customer of 10 years than reimburse the charge. I am going someplace else.

I have a business account at this branch. I have had some fairly complicated issues that needed resolved asap. Everyone from the Tellers to Dan Management has resolved Every issue I have had without even leaving the bank! Dan will go the extra mile with a smile Every time I say i'm not sure what can be done but... He has found a quick resolution right then! Thank You Dan!!!
