United Finance in Medford, OR

I was given a chance at United Finance to improve my low credit score. I never felt like anyone cared of someone that was in debt until I called United. Mark was super helpful to me during the process of finding a car and the paperwork was quick and painless. I will say that the front desk personel could use an update, not so friendly.

I like how friendly the ppl whom work there are ..and it's so nice that they are opened until 6 pm

Great people to work with when needing to get a loan. They make the process easy to understand. Very friendly. I highly recommend them!

United finance has been the worst financing company I have dealt with. I have not gotten a hold of Mark and the receptionist always says he is not available and will give me a call back. I have called several times and different times of the day and I am very able to get a hold of him. I have given my phone number but have never gotten a call back. These kinda of situations are very important and talking with your finance company is a big deal. I don't like their service. I have important things to discuss and they have been ignoring me for weeks.

I have dealt with United Finance for 15 years they are one of the most outstanding lenders to work with. They take great pride in their customers.
