The worst customer service I have ever received. Bank Manager has a major attitude problem and puts little to no effort into actually helping customers when they have a problem. He just tells you what he cannot or will not do, never offering up any solutions. If you express your displeasure with the fact that he's not even trying to offer any solutions, he just cops an attitude and tries to get you out the door. And the entire time this is all happening the rest of the employees are standing around playing with their thumbs, doing nothing and helping no one. I've been with Chase for years, since they were still Washington Mutual, but after my experience here I'll be closing my account. Absolutely abysmal experience.

Super friendly group of people. Manager is super nice, always goes out of his way to make sure every question is answered you have and always has a solution to help out. This branch has helped me out ALOT!!!!
