Don't come here if you can stop at a different location. They are so slow and never have enough tellers.

Went threw drive threw Monday at 10:16 the gal took my three deposits to the only girls working. I waited for 15 plus minutes. She brought me my deposits slips and told me drive threws were single transactions only. If they had a drive threw window till open I would have been in and out in seconds. Don't blame me for giving you too much that your to stupid to deposit. I've been at this bank for over 10 years, I think it's time to move my business and personal somewhere else.

Kudos to Edgar Hernandez for helping me with a difficult account issue. He went beyond the call of duty to assist me. I've been a Bank of America customer for over ten years and after having accounts at other major banks, I have to say I have had the best experiences with B of A. Keep up the good work folks!

I'm extremely disappointed with the service that's provided here. I went in today for an appointment and ended up for 10 minutes to find an employee to tell them I have an appointment. Seriously, there's no employee waiting at the door to greet us? I ended up waiting in the long line to speak with a single teller about my stitution. They told me that they'll be with me soon. I ended up waiting more... Then a lady came up to me and rudely, very rudely, ask me what I'm here for. I told her about my appointment and ended up waiting more. All in all, the waiting was making me mad and I ended up leaving. By the way, this place is filled with Mexican and they all speak in Spanish. I felt discomforted and out of place as all the employees were speaking Spanish with the customers. This is one of the worst Bank of America branch I've gone to.
