Wow, what a quick turn-around that was! I called in, filled out the application over the phone, and had an answer within an hour. I came in same day and did the paperwork With Raul. He has great customer service and I was in and out within 30 minutes. I definitely recommend them!

Horrible customer service! Raul was very unprofessional . I waited 25min for him to come back to the office , he comes in sets his coffee on the desk . Didn't say hello or I'll be with you in a moment .. nothing ! And I'm sitting at his desk ..He finally comes to his desk after standing in a room at the front of the store . Comes to his desk and sits down and says yes! Don't you know how to shake a persons hand and introduce your self? So I stuck out my hand to shake his and introduced my self . He looks at me like I was dirt under his nails or something. After talking with him I get another amount from him on the pay off . I spoke to 2 others in the same office and they gave me different payoff amounts also . And I was helping out a disabled family member with there account . She has never ever been late or anything with them . We just wanted to pay off the damn car and get the title . And set an appointment for the new owner to meet us there to pay off the loan and get the title . I'm not saying anything about the company They do help people out with bad credit . But they need to teach there staff and managers on customer service in that branch! Treat people with respect !
