OnPoint Community Credit Union in Gresham, OR

Have been with Onpoint for YEARS. My Mortgage, Credit Line, Checking, Savings, Car Loans etc...are all here. This place has been the best over they years. They should have hundreds of reviews...but I guess the only time people will get motivated to post a review is when they are mad. Not me. I compliment places when treated right. The personal service is far superior to all of the big banks.

Absolutely love them!! I've always been a Cash ONLY type of person. Until them. ARM's are easy to use PLUS I can use US Bank to Deposit. Great customer service.

I love Onpoint never ever have I been dissapointed with Onpoint. 11 year member. Ill never leave Onpoint.

I hate actually going inside to the bank but every time I go into OnPoint it's fast & they have amazing service & super nice people. OnPoint has been so reliable. Love it.

Bank is great but experience with staff is horrible. We came in to get auto loan. Gave her all paperwork. She said she would call us on Monday but she didn't. I called her entire week. Each time i called her i left her voicemail to get call back, but for entire week no call back. We came in on Friday and talked with Bradon. He walked up to her to find out what she needed from us and she told him what extra paperwork she needed from us... Everything could of moved a lot quicker if she gave us call back and on Friday instead of finding out what we need, we would of got things done. Then Brandon said he will make sure that she calls us back same day, and yet once again, nothing.
