I have done business with Summit funding twice. Almost 4 years ago when I bought my house, and again this year when I refinanced my house. Both times were uneventful, and stress less. They are professional, courteous, prompt, and just nice people. When you call they actually answer the phone. No buttons to push. They keep you updated and return your phone calls the same day. On a scale from 1 to 10, they are a 12.

I cannot recommend this group enough! Robyn and Lisa were so encouraging, patient, hardworking, and we felt valued throughout. They are such a professional, organized, and honest group of people!

At times, Tammy went above and beyond to provide me with the most complete information possible and to assure me that we were on track. She is a tremendous asset in that office.
