Christine Duncan is absolutely awesome! I recently refinanced my home with Christine; both her services & rates she offers were outstanding! As a Real Estate Broker, I always recommend her to my clients and have a great peace-of-mind when she is their lender. She is an expert in mortgage lending who knows her stuff and how to think 'outside of the box' to find solutions for home buyers. As well, Christine is great with always being prompt and getting back to me with answers. She is a true asset to the mortgage industry!

I can't say enough good things about Christine Duncan and the service she provided us. The best advice my real estate agent gave me was to get my loan through Christine Duncan and HomeStreet Bank. I don't live in Eugene yet, so was doing the whole deal remotely and on my phone from locations as diverse as the Alaska Highway to Lassen National Park to Washington DC, so there were lots of opportunities for things to go sideways. But not with Christine on my team!! She patiently answered all my questions, helped me sort out the documents I needed to submit while on the road, squired the loan through the multiple layers of approval, took the lead on keeping the loan coordinated with my agent, the inspectors, the appraisers and the title company, and did it with charm, professionalism and a good sense of humor. In a word, she was awesome. And if you get a chance to meet at her office, her Father's wildlife photographs are an added bonus to getting a loan.
