Horrible customer service, they dont even tell you what company they work for, dont send any mail or calls of your current balances. Horrible experience.

Collection agency or not. Threats are NOT okay. I have received name calling, stalking, harassment, and been deeply threatened many times by my new caseworker, which they transferred me to without my knowledge. She also upped my court agreed upon payment without discussion and demanded i pay it "or else". They are deeply un-professional and disgusting people and i am horrified. I have to be in my therapists office to make calls to them because when i get off the phone with "Tracy" I am a complete wreck. I have dealt with other debt collectors and i actually payed them off earlier than expected because they worked with me and were easy to visit. These guys? Not so.

Wish I could give them ZERO stars. The WORST customer service experience I have ever had and by FAR the worst collections agency I have conversed with. Trying to repair my credit and support three children on one income. Medical bills went to collections, I was one day late contacting them and they told me I was too late and it had "gone to their legal department". They then refused to make payment arrangements with me unless I gave them my pay stubs (which they legally cannot require me to do).During our phone discussion I explain I wasn't given notice and the LEGALLY required time to dispute said debt. They informed me that I could either give them my pay stubs and pay them 25% of my net income, or I can see them in court. I then had to go to court and pay $50 for filing fees just to DISCUSS and make payment arrangements for my debt..Thank you state of Oregon for allowing these terrible people to walk all over citizens..the current laws are part of what is wrong with this situation. AWFUL customer service, rude, demanding, unwilling to work with me on payment arrangements and amount.

Very unprofessional and a bunch of morons working there. They claimed that their business is all about technology and yet they don't have email systems, or fax or anything. So they basically lied about what they are capable of. The personnel there were rude and don't know what they were doing. Meanwhile, they failed to contact you correctly and charge you unknown amount of interest. Without knowing that we owe them money as well as how much we owe and no means to pay the bill correctly, they unlawfully claimed the debt from you. I think this is worth to file a class action lawsuit.

I am just trying to keep food on my table., keep clothes on my kids backs. I don't get state assistance. I told the lady I could pay $25 For the next month on each of my checks. That is $50 for may and she wouldn't even do that. The. I cold pay off the rest in june. $350 total. Then when I asked to speak to a supervisor, she denied me. Said the supervisor would just say what she said. I am asking to help me make payments so I can keep food in my kids bellies and still pay them . This place is crap. I called the supervisor my self and left a message. Hopefully they have heart and see that someone is trying . If not then they can just wait like everyone else.
