Great place to get a loan I've purchased 3 cars with this company and even refinanced once and they are amazing team and place to go. I would certainly continue business with them

we financed a 2002 dodge 1500, and after 2 days the transmission went out... then they wanted to play run around game, not tell us where our truck was towed, and then tell us that they think we cut the transmission lines ourselves... and that we voluntarily had the truck repossessed, for a late payment... but our payment wasn't even due yet! And to top it all off, they kept our trade in... which the lot then sold for almost 4000$, which they gave us 1000 on trade in value for. so to have truck for 2 days, it cost us our running and driving 2001 mazda tribute suv, and 500$ cash, etc, etc... Hopefully by the end of our court battle, justice is served, to these scam artists

Credit Concepts are by far, The Best credit place out there, any where! They actually CARE about their clients and customers and do everything can to help you out. I have struggled to make my payments before and they are always there to help out so that I can keep my vehicle! I won't go with any other credit place....ever! Drew is so awesome! I will only ever deal with these people. Friendly, Helpful, Honest, and Truly Caring! God bless these people!

My sister is working with this company. She paid off their loan and this company is dragging their feet getting them their titles back. Also beware, it is daily interest. This isn't an issue as long as you know what you are getting into. Willing to edit review, but so far nothing has happened. Edit- they are trying to speed up the process. Added a star

I have been with Credit Concepts since May of 2015. I have primarily worked with Drew, who is as outstanding an individual as the company is on the whole. I have worked very hard to stay on track with my payments, and they've been kind enough to work with me through my hardships. In 2016 I had to file for bankruptcy. Instead of ditching me, as many other places would, they actually worked with my lawyer and lowered my interest rate! When I was going to be late with a payment due to a flaky roommate, they told me that since I'd been overpaying for several months, they'd just take the difference; which allowed me to make my payment on time. When I had a similar experience, years ago, with one of the bigger names in banking; they told me that additional payments were just applied to the balance, and that they wouldn't work with me on the payment. I have never had such excellent customer service from a financial institution. I hope that, if/when I need a car loan again, I can work directly with Credit Concepts. They are real people who understand and work with their customers to the best of their abilities.
