Have your ID ready when you go to deposit cash, or they will think you are laundering money. Was ID'ed for a $100 deposit once. No apologies for long waits, 30 minutes in drive-thru with only two cars ahead of me. Maybe they should ask people who have large transactions to go inside. Overall, this bank is lacking customer service and competent staff. The branch manager should be terminated immediately and some serious changes should be made if they want customer retention. Getting my folks to move their money to another bank as well.

Im pretty sure one of your bank tellers discriminated against me because I was wearing my Cannabiss hat. Never recommending this bank to anyone and I AM recommending people to switch banks
