Wells Fargo Home Mortgage in Bend, OR

I would recommend AGAINST getting a loan with Wells Fargo. Their servicing is awful - it is not done at the local level, so you have to use the customer service over the phone, (that is, IF you last through the long wait on hold, and do not get dropped). They would not work with my insurance agent, would not stop billing me for insurance even with a written notification that it had been paid for outside of escrow... I could go on and on. Try a different bank.

Home mortgage people don't return phone calls. ..when someone finally returned call, they were not very professional. A long time Wells Fargo client, I ended up refinancing somewhere else.
