First, they helped us refinance our home to get a better interest rate and the second time it was to obtain a home equity loan to make some much needed updates to our home. Their customer service is amazing. They provide a personal touch and have always been available to answer questions even when we weren't in the market for a new loan. I appreciate their straightforward answers and I never had to resend documents (our first mortgage company seemed to lose everything).
