This bank isn't the most convenient, but the people inside are very friendly. The building itself seems old and could use some renovation to clean it up, but otherwise this is not a bad bank to do what you need to.

Good customer service, but I'm not a huge fan of the services Wells Fargo offers. They are constantly trying to up charge you for banking with them.

I have been a WF customer for roughly 13 years, mostly in CA. I recently moved to OR and joined this branch in Beaverton OR. I walked into the branch on Friday May 20, to sign for a safety deposit box. The banker by the name of Alex asked me, "what do you do for a living" and then "how long have you been doing this"; I stopped him. I asked him why he is asking me these questions and their relevance to my safety deposit box? He claimed that he is following his training and that the Bank insists that these questions are asked to update my profile. I was totally offended by the Bank's attitude, they clearly take a lot for granted. Their primary objective should be sterling service; get us in and out of the bank promptly. Instead, they want us to be subjected to an interrogation without our consent. The funny side to this is that the staff don’t get it, they think that we have to answer these string of dumb questions. The whole business strategy is misbegotten; I have always liked WF as a bank and NEVER experienced such behavior in CA. Never had a problem before until this unfortunate incident. The Manager of this branch owes me an apology for their behavior and for wasting my valuable time.
