Very helpful. Extremely innovative. I was able to make a cash deposit with a live teller after hours that posted to my account immediately and was able to do so even though I forgot my debit card. This how it should be. Thank you.

No more 7-11 ATMs! Most community credit unions allow you to use ATMs at all 7-11s. Rivermark just discontinued this. I'm in the process of switching to OnPoint since they do.

Constantly I come up against nonsensical rules that feel like they are put in place arbitrarily. I am tired of dealing with inconsistent service. I will be closing my account and changing over to onpoint.

The car dealer had our Auto loan approved by Rivermark with little effort. I thought we should try to refinance our house with them. We were introduced to a Mr. Lomeli from the Beaverton branch. I knew right away something was wrong with the way he spoke to us in a condescending tone. I also noticed that he was not very good at answering questions or telling us what he needed. I had the feeling he was making it up as he went along. I asked to speak to a Supervisor. I found Victoria King from Rivermark. She seemed to be on Vacation or away from the office every week. Our conversation went nowhere as she had all the faith in Mr Lomeli's abilities. After 2 months of sending the same documents multiple times. Mr Lomeli offered us an Adjustable Rate Mortgage that raises our payments to triple in 7 years. At that point, I called Mr. a Loser! and questioned his citizenship because of his thick accent. I said that we have had enough abuse from Rivermark and that we no longer wanted to refinance our house. They also made us pay for an appraisal knowing they would not refinance our house. NOW! Three months later, I am almost recovered from the traumatic experience. I get a letter saying they are closing my new truck loan because I abused and THREATENED the wellbeing of their Loan Officer! Not true! I never even cursed at them, I sure wanted to but I held my tongue. We have excellent credit and have never been late on any payments. What a bunch of Sissy ASS HATS! I would not recommend doing business with these incompetent passive aggressive dipsticks!
