Bank of the West in Tulsa, OK

I love this bank. Excellence customer service!!

They used to work with the customers. Now it's just like any other bank: An emotionless, corporate, top-down bland entity so consumed with protocol that customer service, customer care and relationships with the community have gone extinct. I would forgive them for this ubiquitous attitude among corporate service providers but after they deigned to assist me with covering my bases regarding an account after they so succinctly "covered their bases" at my expense despite my having done business with them honorably for years. It means nothing to this bank. You might as well take your business to a shark in blood soaked water for all relationship building it would do at the current Bank of the West. And until that shark is up and running...I'm going to a credit union...
