AMC Mortgage in Tulsa, OK

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY WILL TELL YOU ONE THING THAN DO ANOTHER, WHICH WILL COST YOU MONEY. GO SOME WHERE ELSE. USE A DIFFERENT COMPANY. My Fiance and I had horrible experience with this company. When I first spoke to them everything was fine, was told I more than qualified for their 1st time home buyer with down payment assistance program. Filled out the paperwork, my credit was ran, was told I am good and go find a house. After finding a house, submitting an offer(with $1000.00 earnest money), getting our inspections ($500.00+), all the while calling AMC every few days asking is there anything else we need, again was told we're good. Three days before we close on the house, I get a call from AMC saying because of a late payment to a Kolh's card back in January, I no longer qualify for their 1st time home buyer program, even though my credit was ran the very 1st day. After even speaking with the President of the company, was told there is nothing that can be done. I also reached out to Kolh's to have the late payment removed which they agreed to submit to the correct dept. but would not be done in time to save the sale. If this was brought to our attention earlier it would have been. Plus since the loan not going through is "technically" on my end, We don't get the earnest money back.

Our first time buying a home. We aren't rich, and we were worried about how it would all play out. Todd Piles and his AMC staff were a joy to work with. They got us from start to closing in no time. We love our mortgage deal, we love our new home. We will be forever great full to Todd and AMC. Thanks again guys!!!
