Bank of America Financial Center in Norman, OK

Can't say I'm impressed. You walk in, it's all quiet and the service is a joke. I go with a credit union, but I've been here in the past for various checks or pay card withdrawals. If you don't have an account with them they treat you like some dangerous loser that they need to hurry up and get rid of before you shoot up the place. I deal with enough socially awkward insecure introverts on a daily basis, but damn.

Awful customer service. Sent my wife in to withdraw money to pay for our new carpets tomorrow (I'm at work and can't get away), and they treated her like a fraudulent criminal. Her signatures were "slightly different" which evidently means they can have 4 people hover around you while you desperately try to prove who you are. Way to make a 7 month along pregnant woman bawl from humiliation. Will be switching banks soon.

I have called this place all day, where are they. I have a problem and I have to drive there, or make an appointment. Time to switch banks!

Everyone there was so sweet. They explained everything in terms I could understand and were very patient. I had a lot of things to take care of and Brhyona was amazing!! She answered all my questions and helped me make informed decisions.

I am done with this bank. Really, it seems like you go out of your way to make it harder. I'm located in Oklahoma, I called three different branches today, none of them answered. I was left with the option, make an appointment for later, or call back. No. I'm a pretty calm person but I had a question about my account that COULD NOT WAIT. My other option is to wait 1+ hours for your 1800 number to answer my phone call. Additionally, your Norman Oklahoma location makes me wait at least thirty minutes to go inside and cash my checks. I am switching banks. But thought you should be aware of the total lack of customer service I've received from your establishment. I am beyond annoyed, and have plenty of patience but it has wore thin. I've been a customer of yours for the past 6 years and each year it seems I feel more discouraged with the service I received.
