True Sky Credit Union - Mustang in Mustang, OK

I didn't find the staff to be very friendly. The employee that was helping me did not give me all of the information I needed. When I had to call her back, it took her hours to return my phone call and she was unfortunately not able to help me, and she had misinformed me my previous visit. Not a big fan of the place.

While the FAA credit union itself is wonderful I had a pretty horrible experience closing on a loan Istarted over the phone. My loan representative MERRI LEE in my opinion was rude, unorganized and seemed to have no clue what she was doing. It was a simple credit builder loan and I was told to close on it I just needed to bring my proof of income to my closest FAA branch and also open a savings account, I chose the Mustang branch. I figured I'd need identification and with my ID just being expired I brought my passport. Once called back I explained to Merri it was a credit building loan and I did everything over the phone was just in to finish things. I gave her my passport as identification and she refused to take it insisted that an ID would not work either and she needed my drivers license. I had no intention of driving this loan so I was puzzled as to why this was such a big deal. She was going back and fourth to a supervisor when finally they both corner me saying "So we just aren't understanding why you have no drivers license" I was very embarrassed and upset to have to admit that I had never had one and I honestly felt like it was none of her business. After that my passport was just fine... she messed up all my loan paperwork by misspelling my last name so we had to redo everything. She kept confusing the loan is asked for with something else and demanding $500, this happened twice. I was embarrassed and just really wanting to leave so I rushed through the remaining paperwork not even realizing until I got home that she completely forgotten to open my savings account but still took my $25 to open it. I also noticed on all my paperwork my birthday year was WRONG. I still can't access the online banking and I'm dreading having to call this lady and ask what's going on..

So much better than your typical bank. Great customer service, no hidden fees, great people to work with any financial needs you have.
