I've had many issues which TFCU locking my account with failure to notify me and without reason. I've had it happen on Friday afternoons and missed paying bills until Monday causing issues with my home service providers. Not cool. However, I give two stars for quality of in-house services and timely response from the company concerning my accounts status when needed. Very nice building, quality employees. Good bank over all.

Drive thru can get backed up sometimes, but the employees are definitely trying to get people in and out as much as possible. Staff is always helpful and polite!

I have never felt so unwelcome at a branch before in my entire life!!! I will never do business with this company. Came in 10 mins before they closed on a Saturday only to be informed of their hours, yup I can read and I looked up the info prior to coming out. The blonde older woman was incredibly rude. Seemed to be a bit racist and just completely unprofessional! Typical Edmond customer service- a lack thereof. By no means open an account with them. Go elsewhere where you will be accommodated and appreciated!!!
