Left multiple voicemails and was told that the issue with my account was taken care of only to not have them get back to me before sending me an outrages bill on my loan showing that nothing had been taken care of like they told me. Unhelpful and rude over the phone customer service.

Been using this credit union for a few years now and been pretty happy with there service until recently when trying to pay off a loan and nobody seems to be on the same page in there!! Every time i call or go in they either can't do it or there's more fees! First time i called there's no fees so go in to pay off a few days later they tell me i have to do it over the phone with a 20$ fee next day i call and they now tell me a 20$ fee plus 3% wth! Will be closing all accounts with them
