Terrible time getting ahold of anyone in mortgage department, then they charge me to get a preapproval which by the way is free at most credit unions,weeks go by and they need more info or my info isnt sufficient....finally kim i think her name was gets ahold of me and still dosent have a direction for me to head so i tell them im no longer intrested went to my actual credit union,no hassle. avoid these people at all costs if you ever want to get a mortgage.

Worst banking experience I have ever had in my life. Been disrespected on multiple occasions and the only person capable of handling the situation appropriately will not return my calls after two months of trying to contact him, if you want to be valued as a customer go elsewhere.

They will give you loan when you need it, but watch out guys some times they do not post the payment accordingly. Keep eyes on each your payment!
