Why does the sign say open till 6 on Friday, but your doors are locked at 5:30.... Extremely inconvenient, should probably get that fixed.

Beware of Lending and Collection Practices. They are liars, very deceitful and do not communicate well. On 7/15/16 we paid off a auto loan and still have not received the title. They are holding our title as hostage. I strongly advise anyone having trouble to contact the Federal Trade Commission.

We have been members for over 20 years, and I have always recommended them to everyone I know. Now I'm warning everyone to stay away, and we will be moving our accounts. The ATM network went down and they did a terrible job of notifying members (three days after it started), and when all was said and done they took large withdrawals two weeks later from accounts without notifying anyone first or itemizing the transactions. Their response: "We know it's frustrating." I've always overlooked their small-time quirks (unprofessional tellers, so-so online tools, etc.) because they took great care of members, but that has changed.

Do not bank here. First off, they have the worst hours possible. And if they are closed and you need to cash a check or make a deposit, you're screwed. Because the atm system doesn't release any money to you. I have had a hold on a check I deposited for 3 days now. The customer service is terrible. They have showed me zero concern when I have called asking questions or expressing frustrations. I will be pulling my money out by the end of the week. I'm tired of places like directions taking advantage of hard working people because they can.
